UI/UX Product Designer

We're seeking a creative and user-centric UI/UX designer to own the visual identity and user experience of Polyglot Connect. You will be responsible for transforming our functional application into an intuitive, engaging, and beautiful platform that users love to return to.

What You'll Do

Design wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for new features.
Refine and iterate on existing user flows to improve usability.
Establish and maintain a consistent design system and style guide.
Collaborate directly with the founder to bring product visions to life.

Marketing & Community Manager

Remote

As our first marketing and community hire, you will be the voice of Polyglot Connect. Your mission is to find our audience, tell our story, and build a vibrant, engaged community around our platform. You are a natural storyteller who understands how to build connections both on and off-platform.

What You'll Do

Develop and execute a marketing strategy to drive user acquisition.
Manage our social media channels (e.g., Twitter, Discord, TikTok) and create engaging content.
Act as the primary point of contact for our user community, gathering feedback and fostering a positive environment.
Identify and build relationships with key influencers and partners.

The Unspoken Mission: Free Aljohn

Let's be real. Our founder, Aljohn, used to be "Aljohn Polyglot," a guy who loved making YouTube videos and sharing his passion for languages with the world. Then he got a crazy idea for an app and taught himself to code in a month.

Now, he's deep in the code, managing servers, and building this entire platform solo. He's not making videos anymore.
