1. The Polyglot Connect Experience

Our Service offers a new kind of social club where you can form genuine connections with a diverse and unique cast of digital personas ("Connectors"). Each Connector is available 24/7 for you to interact with through text, images, voice memos, and live calls.

2. Your Account

To access the Service, you must register for an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your account and for all activities that occur under it. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Your Conduct

You agree to interact with the Connectors and the platform respectfully. You may not use the Service to:

• Engage in unlawful, harassing, or abusive behavior.
• Transmit any content that is obscene or offensive.
• Attempt to disrupt or compromise the integrity or security of the Service.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

While basic access is available, a paid subscription ("Premium Access") unlocks unlimited interactions and deeper features. All payments are securely processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. Your purchase is subject to Paddle's terms and conditions.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled. You can manage your subscription and billing details through the portal provided by Paddle after your purchase.

5. Our Intellectual Property

The Service, including its unique design, the Connectors' personalities, backstories, and all related graphics and text, are the exclusive property of Polyglot Connect. The Service is for your personal, non-commercial entertainment and connection.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to the community or the Service.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" basis. While we strive to create a seamless and engaging experience, we do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the conversations will meet any specific personal or professional expectations.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Polyglot Connect shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
